RETURNS POLICY

CEE COSMETICS will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from WWW.CEECOSMETICS.COM that are eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Promotions including coupons and promo codes cannot be applied to final sale purchases.

Return by Mail

At CEE COSMETICS we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product.  In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.

To qualify for a return, you must email refunds@ceecosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving the order. All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.

Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item. Please hold on to all items until further instructed for a solution.

CEE COSMETICS is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. CEE COSMETICS is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item minus any shipping expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

AfterPay Returns

If you have changed your mind, you can return your AfterPay by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our policy here. AfterPay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to AfterPay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order. Please DO NOT send an email with cancellation requests as time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email.
